Blind Auction
Everyone can participate with "Law," and whether they can successfully bid for the NFT depends on the quantity bid and the total amount at the end.

If the number of "Law" participated ≥ NFT price, the NFT will be obtained.
If the number of "Law" participated < NFT price, the NFT will not be obtained.

Subsequent Actions
For all participants who participated in the blind auction but whose investment amount was less than the settlement price, their "Law" will be refunded.
