Purpose

After obtaining the whitelist, apply for redeeming a box by creating a ticket in the Discord group.

  1. Open the Discord group, find "SUPPORT" and then "congratulations".
  2. Click“Create ticket”

  4. Wait patiently for the administrator's review results as there may be a large number of tickets. Generally, you will receive a result within 1-2 days. After the review, click "close" to close the ticket.
